FUSIONMASTER® saddle fusion kits are manufactured to fuse tapping saddles to PE gas mains. Kits comprise a saddle press, hot plate with non-stick coated saddle and socket tools, and a carry case.
FUSIONMASTER® saddle fusion kits are configured to suit specific Australian field requirements for mains pipe up to 125mm.
Saddle presses are available with pipe clamps for:
63mm PE pipe, with optional 40nb, 50nb, 32mm, 40mm and 50mm reducing liners.
110mm PE pipe, with optional 40nb, 50nb, 40mm, 50mm and 63mm reducing liners.
* nb means nominal bore in millimetres.
Teflon® coated tools are available for fusing tapping saddle fittings to 40nb, 50nb, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 110mm and 125mm PE pipe.
